Data we collect
To fulfil orders we process name, email, phone, delivery address, billing details, cart contents, order history and selected delivery method.
When a customer uses a contact form, we process the submitted name, contact details and message.
How we use data
- to confirm and fulfil orders
- to arrange payment, invoices and delivery
- to provide customer support
- to prevent fraud and misuse
- to send newsletters only when the customer has given consent
Payments and delivery
Payments are processed by selected payment providers. BeerHabits does not store full card details.
For delivery we share the necessary information with delivery partners such as Omniva, DPD, Venipak or another selected service.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for cart, language and checkout functionality. Analytical or marketing cookies are used only when such tools are enabled and allowed.
Retention
Order and accounting data is retained for the period required by law. Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle the request.
